Zero Marlborough

Zero Marlborough is the conversion of what had been an Emerson College dormitory into 12 luxury residences: a 4,700 sf penthouse, seven 3,300 sf floor-through units and four smaller units on the lower three floors. The 13-story Art Deco building was originally constructed in 1929.

Two-thirds of the units were pre-sold prior to completion. The building contains a fireplaced lobby, private fitness center, and concierge and valet services. Completed in the fall of 2008, the property was awarded the 2009 Preservation Achievement Award in the category of Significant Rehabilitation and Restoration from The Boston Preservation Alliance.
